Điều 192
Một người bị giải nhiệm do sắc lệnh được nhà chức trách có thẩm quyền ban hành cách hợp pháp, miễn là vẫn được giữ nguyên những quyền lợi đã thủ đắc do khế ước, hay do chính luật chiếu theo quy tắc của điều 194.
Canon 192
One is removed from office either by a decree of the competent authority lawfully issued, observing of course the rights possibly acquired from a contract, or by virtue of the law in accordance with can. 194.
Điều 193
§1. Không thể giải nhiệm một người được trao ban giáo vụ với một thời hạn vô định, trừ khi có những lý do nghiêm trọng, và phải tuân giữ thủ tục do luật quy định.
§2. Điều trên cũng có giá trị đối việc giải nhiệm một người được trao ban giáo vụ với một thời gian xác định trước khi mãn hạn, miễn là vẫn giữ nguyên nhưng quy định của điều 624
§3.
§3. Nhà chức trách có thẩm quyền đã trao ban giáo vụ cho người nào chiếu theo những quy định của luật, thì có thể giải nhiệm người ấy vì một lý do chính đáng, theo sự suy xét thận trọng của mình.
§4. Để có hiệu lực, sắc lệnh giải nhiệm phải được thông báo bằng văn bản.
Canon 193
§1 No one may be removed from an office which is conferred on a person for an indeterminate time, except for grave reasons and in accordance with the procedure defined by law.
§2 This also applies to the removal from office before time of a person on whom an office is conferred for a determinate time, without prejudice to can. 624
§3.
§3 When in accordance with the provisions of law an office is conferred upon someone at the prudent discretion of the competent authority, that person may, upon the judgement of the same authority, be removed from the office for a just reason.
§4 For a decree of removal to be effective, it must be notified in writing.
Điều 194
§1. Do chính luật, bị giải nhiệm khỏi giáo vụ:1° người đã mất bậc giáo sĩ;2° người đã công khai từ bỏ đức tin Công giáo, hoặc không còn hiệp thông với Giáo Hội;3° giáo sĩ đã mưu toan kết hôn, dù chỉ là hôn nhân theo luật dân sự.
§2. Chỉ có thể thúc bách việc giải nhiệm được nói đến ở 20 và 30, nếu chắc chắn nhà chức trách có thẩm quyền đã công bố việc đó.
Canon 194
§1 The following are removed from ecclesiastical office by virtue of the law itself:1° one who has lost the clerical state;2° one who has publicly defected from the Catholic faith or from communion with the Church;3° a cleric who has attempted marriage, even a civil one.
§2 The removal mentioned in nn. 2 and 3 can be insisted upon only if it is established by a declaration of the competent authority.
Điều 195
Nếu một người bị giải nhiệm không phải do luật nhưng do sắc lệnh của nhà chức trách có thẩm quyền khỏi một giáo vụ đang đảm bảo đời sống của mình, thì nhà chức trách ấy phải lo liệu trợ cấp cho đương sự trong một thời gian thích hợp, trừ khi đã dự liệu cách khác.
Canon 195
If by a decree of the competent authority, and not by the law itself, someone is removed from an office on which that person’s livelihood depends, the same authority is to ensure that the person’s livelihood is secure for an appropriate time, unless this has been provided for in some other way.
